Inspect your tickets upon receipt and report discrepancies to the Ticket Office immediately at 866-787-8946. Keep your tickets in a safe place. Tickets will not be reissued under any circumstances. Tickets obtained from sources other than Iowa Speedway or Ticketmaster may be lost, stolen or counterfeit and may not be honored.
Iowa Speedway and Ticketmaster are not responsible for and will not replace lost, stolen, destroyed or misplaced tickets. (Note: Some tickets are printed on heat sensitive paper. Do not leave them in direct sunlight or on the dash of your vehicle.)
